How to Relieve STRESS

What is Stress? - Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances. 


Simple ways to Relieve Stress

  • Listen to Music 

Listening to relaxing music has a positive effect on the brain and body. So, if you're in a stress condition, try taking a break and listening to relaxing music. Try it! 

  • Fruits and Vegetables

If you're in a stress condition, AVOID sugary snacks. Try to eat Fruits and Vegetables, or fish with high levels of omega-3. 


  • Sleep 

Make sure you sleep for seven to eight hours. I think must be much better. This is the effective way to relieve stress. 



  • Exercise 

A short walk can relieve stress too. Exercise doesn't necessarily mean power lifting at the gym or training for a marathon.
