Lip Scrub 

Ingredients 

• 1 tablespoon of Sugar
• 1 tablespoon of Honey 
• 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil 
• 1 teaspoon of Vaseline or Shea Butter 

Step by Step 

• Put the honey into a bowl, mix it with the sugar and olive oil. Last, put the vaseline in mix it until all done. 
• Stores up to 2 weeks 

Teeth Whitener 

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon of Baking Soda 
• 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice 

Step by Step

• Mix the baking soda and lemon juice in a bowl. 
• Rub into your teeth and wait for 2 minutes. Then rinse with clean water. 

Face Scrub for Acne

Ingredients 

• 2 tablespoons of Honey
• 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon 

Step by Step 

• Rinse your face with water and dry it.
• Mix the honey and cinnamon together until they are throughly blended and have a formed a sort of paste. 
• Apply to your face and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off and dry with a towel.

Brightening Strawberry Lemon Mask for Oily Skin

Ingredients 

• 1/4 cup mashed Strawberries 
• 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice 
• 1 tablespoon of Yoghurt 
• 1 tablespoon of Honey 

Step by Step 

• Rinse your face with water and dry it.
• Mash all the ingredients together. 
• Apply to all over your face and leave on 10-15 minutes. Rinse with a cool water and dry with a towel.

Avocado Face Mask for Dry Skin

Ingredients 

• 1/2 very ripe Avocado
• 1/4 cup of Honey

Step by Step

• Mash the avocado in a bowl, then stir it in honey.
• Apply to all over your face and leave on for 15 minutes 
• Rinse face with cool water.

Milk Facial Mask for Dry Skin

Ingredients 

• 1 teaspoon Powdered Milk
• 1 tablespoon Honey
• 1 teaspoon Aloe Vera Gel 
• 1 teaspoon Olive Oil 

Step by Step

• Rinse your face and dry it.
• Mix all the ingredients well in a small bowl.
• Apply to your face and leave on 10-15 minutes. 
• Rinse face with cool water.
